Help finding parts

Hello,

I have a 1984 Ranger with a 2.0L 4 cylinder with a 4 speed Transmission.

The engine is blown and I am thinking of rebuilding the engine, however Iam haveing trouble finding a preformance cam and header for it.

I would like to increase the power somewhat when if I do this rebuild.

Does anyone know where I can get these parts?

get a header and cam for a 2.3, and if you're going through the trouble, get a roller cam, grab the rockers from a '88-94 ranger and get a roller cam.
