Good morning!

Does anyone know where to find an ignition coil mounting screw that ISN'T machine threaded?

I am missing one of the four screws.

Exact fit? Junkyard. However that looks suspiciously like a self tapping screw without the drill bit point.

Actually, it DOES have the cut out for a self tapping bit.

My Ranger has over 240,000 miles as well as a rebuilt engine at some point in its life.

Maybe someone improvised?

Just took off the TPS and those screws fit the intake manifold for throttle and ignition coil.

Looks like M5 0.8 threads.

The TPS screws thread in and appear to hold.

I'm going to buy 8 screws 2 inches long and give it a try.
