I live near a hose making place. I'll see what they can come up with.

In the mean time I went and ordered that one that Topher found. 40" should be long enough. If it isn't, then I'll hack into my short one.

That is so stupidly obvious that is never occurred to me.

You could probobally find the parts you need at a bike shop, get a hose with the locking clamp for the female side, and a schrader valve for the male end. Then just get hose that fits it and put it together.

unscrew Shrader valve and screw-an extension to 1 / 8 npt

I understand you, I have to make such changes on a truck. I put a gauge on the dashboard for the fuel pressure then I look to the store
