Hello Illinois Ranger fans (and all others)

I’ve been a Ranger fan for some time now. I owned a 1996 2WD with the 4cyl and automatic transmission. I loved that truck but learned quickly that you didn’t pull out in front of anything cause you’re not going to out run it. I traded that for a work van in 2014. A couple years later I no longer needed the van and traded for 2006 XLT extended cab 3.0 with 36,000 miles. 9 years later it’s just over 65,000 and running great.
Recently I unfortunately inherited a 2011 Ranger Sport that has around 25,000 miles. It might be a month or so before I get that one home.
My son asked me today if I was starting a Ranger ranch.

Finally got pictures together. First is the 2006 XLT with a 3.0
i hadn’t done much to it since I got it 9 years ago. Just recently the front suspension was rebuilt, new front rotors, ceramic pads to stop the brake dust, wheel bearings, new gas shocks all around, rear drum brakes rebuilt.
Its ready to run another 19-20 years!
I’ll be picking up the white 2011 Sport below in September. That’s the only pic I have at the moment.

No I inherited the 2011. It’s in good hands waiting til I can get there to pick it up.
