Greetings. Last summer I picked up a 1993 Ranger, 2WD with the 3.0 and manual transmission. 126k miles. It's in pretty good shape, by no means perfect, but it doesn't need to be. It's for carrying things that won't fit in my car and the occasional ride around for funsies, to remember what driving an analog vehicle feel like.
I've lurked on the forum for a while to find info on little fixes, and the truck has been an absolute appliance (and I mean that in the nicest way) until this past weekend when it refused to start. I have a pretty good idea what's wrong but I think I should consult the hive mind before buying parts.
I'll head over to the 3.0 forum to do the write up on the problem. I'm confident the knowledge I need will be found there.
