My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Just saw this at work. I want one. Its narrow enough and low enough to fit through a standard doorway.

holy cow, I want one, not sure what I'd do with it but yeah... the entry price is probably a deterrent though... I'm sure it's well south of $200k but not cheap.

I recently saw a commercial for a 2-post lift that doesnt go high & would work well in a normal household garage. the posts can be detached from the floor when not needed. $2500. I could consider that, would probably mount it outside though on the concrete pad beside the garage.

Last I checked, I'm not 25 anymore... I'm stubborn but past about 35 the "sleeping wrong and hurting yourself" thing happens MUCH more often than it used to... Thinking about the things I USED to be able to get away with makes me sad... Although somehow I fell 6' off a ladder almost straight on my back a couple months ago and just bruised my tailbone for a few days somehow... and somehow whisky isn't as effective as I get older? not sure how that works...

Not saying I'm giving up on doing stupid crap... just gotta be more selective :), a saying that goes around my friend circle, "If you're gonna be dumb, at least be smart about it" and then there's the classic "It don't always be like it is, but it do"

I always heard “If you’re gonna be dumb, you better be tough.”

There was a drunk moment in my friend group camping where that came up, might have involved a 3 wheeler if I had to guess, don't remember...

so it is less than 36" wide? if so I know quite a few company's this would be handy for... I have a few friends in the destruction equipment repair business that would love something like this to work on equipment on site.
