Ok, that simplifies things a little.
This 2WayHeaterValve is sprung OPEN with VacuumLineRemoved, then operates VacuumToCLOSE.
Watch that Valve, either from below or thru RightFront WheelWell.
Should OPEN with engine off+cold.
Should CLOSE with engine idling with AC+Heat OFF.
Should OPEN with engine idling with Heat MAX.
Should CLOSE with engine idling with AC MAX.
