Can someone tell me the location of engine coolant temperature censor

A censor is someone who tells you that you are not allowed to say or write something.

A sensor is a device that detects stuff.

No take your newfound command of the English language and go find your coolant temp sensor in the lower intake near the thermostat housing.

There is one temp sensor and one temp sender used on the 2.9l

Temp sensor will have 2 wires, and is only connected to the computer

Temp sender will have 1 wire, and is only connected to the dash board temp gauge

They are both located near each other on the lower intake manifold towards the front of the engine, just above the thermostat housing, where upper radiator hose connects to engine.
