Headliner, supercab, all day job??

The seat belt bolts have factory thread locker. They can be a pain. Some heat will help....be careful.

These are the instructions from the Ford manual for 93-94, it doesn't say much about doors or windows ( or seatbelts ) but I haven't done mine yet either. I looked online a while back and it seemed they are available for a little over 200 dollars

I also watched a utube video of it being done and the guy made it look easy

I've done a couple and having the seats out enables getting it out the passenger side. Probably a 4 hour job, but not all day.

I have done this before. You have to take the seats out and slide it through the Passenger Door.

I did one headliner for a single cab Ranger a while back. It was a very frustrating experience. The fabric was purchased from Joann's like the OP did and a single can of spray glue... that shit is expensive at $20/can. I ran out before I had coated the whole works and used regular spray glue to finish the rest. Then, it pulled apart around the sun visor areas after it dried so I had to cut slots in the backing board and spray glue in there and then weight it down with a grocery bag full of lead shotgun shot that spread out to the shape of the sun visor dimples.

I learned a lot. I hope I never have to do another one. But if I do... weights in certain areas and having enough glue on hand during the process will make it a lot less stressful.

Make sure you note how the fabric folds over the front and back, if it does. I cut it flush at the back and realized after I installed it that it should have been folded over. Looks weird cut flush.
