Header Question for 3.0L/4.0L V6

This may be a dumb question, but here it goes. I'm looking for a set of headers for my '93 3.0L V6 and the only ones I have found so far run $800 dollars plus. Ones for a '93 4.0L V6 run less than $300 bucks! Will the 4.0L pipes fit my 3.0L?
