gotten rid of something without realizing what you had?

ive done it twice, first time was with my first ranger than with this 1987 Dodge Ramcharger with a 360, and a D44 and only 37,000 original miles. i scrapped it.

im a packrat. i save stuff people dont want because they say its trash.....i know ive done it a few times but i forget what it was and when.

my 1980 F-150 XLT Ranger. engine was wore out but could have rebuilt it 351W cammed with long tube headers and twin glass packs, holly 4bbl carb. most of the body was great no rust no dents but i smoked a tree in a trail and twisted the frame and fawked the steering and started it on fire again.... ended up scrapped in a dumbass moment

ive passed up really good deals on vehicles though alot

I passed up a 97 F-150 lariat super 4x4 4.6L. I coulda had it for only the low low price of selling my 87 Ranger to a complete stranger that I'm sure wouldn't have treated her half as well as she deserves. I'm still trying to decide if it was a good pass or not. My dad on the other hand is wishing he gave up his so so 90 F-250 to keep the 97.


Hey STX, not to pick fun or anything, but have you ever seen Escanaba in Da Moonlight (the movie, not the town as night since you are from there)? Just wondering. It was a good movie if you like a good laugh.

yah i saw it, it was kinda funny except for all the alien shit, i never heard of anyone from around here seeing aliens.
