Went to the carshow today had very much fun, went cruising in the ol pick up passed a ricer so me reving having fun(DIDNT BLOW IT UP) I messed with the fart can honda all you herd was my cherry bomb scared the rice so all he could do it give me a gay look, I started the reve off to the rice but three muscle cars was behind me reving you couldnt hear my 2.8 over them, all i know is i saw the driver of the honda i reved up to walking down the street..

Dude, you must only go in about 1 inch of mud with that low rider 2wd you have. Cherry bomb? Not loud enough...ricers have the loudest exhaust around!!
Cherry bombs blow out you exhaust valves after awhile and thay are for idiots who just have the IQ of a fried clam....lol

Any Glasspack + V6 = motorboat noise.

Had to put one on my 2.9 for a while last winter. Ugh. Got a regular muffler on it now; still need tailpipe.

True as hell. I have read a lot of articles over the years in all my Hot Rod, Car and Driver, etc. mags and I remember them saying this a truth, true as hell!!!! A lot of cars had many motor problems running the Cherry Bomb crap exhaust. All my buddies and I laughed our butts off at drags strips when idiots showed up with Cherry Bombs on their stupid Pintos and Vega's thinking the sound will scare off competition.

I don't see how it's possible. The valves maybe get burned by an improper tune for the engine but not the exhaust itself.

They do that down here with four banger fords,chevys an hondas, trying to scare off the v8 muscle cars. funny as hell exspecially when they pull beside the drag car an reve the hell outta there car like its bad an they lose the race to the drag car.Happens all the time. I do it with my ranger because I know i have alil bit bigger engine than the hondas an i show them true america power not some imported shit that has a coffee can at the end the stock pipe that sounds like a bunch off pissed of bumble bees.

Its not possible, Because my uncle had theses pipes on hes 71 challeger 20 years ago an he didnt burn up any valves, its all to do with the tuneing.I dont believe anything them magizines say anyway

Well, the 2.8 is made in Germany, so technically it is imported...
