hard shift in revese

Alright so this has been going on since i got the truck 2 years ago its a 94 3.0 with an auto with 73,xxx miles. it hasnt gotten any worse so i havent worried about it. but almost evertime i put it into reverse it pauses for a second and then i here it engage with a dropping feeling. sometimes its worse than others.

is this anything to worry about

I don't think its anything to worry about. My 88 does it and its annoying. Try the link above. I haven't ordered one yet but im going to soon.
