I told my buddy kenny happy veterans day.............. he goes yeah yeah, I didn't give a shit about nam and I wish I had just retired from the military so I could allready be on dissibility for what they did to me.

I told that to my boss's dad whom said, World War II it was a big war, my service didn't win any battles.................. next year I'm just mailing a freaking card.

Sorry, I neglected to mention that I am AD and everybody from our base rushes to the Applebees. The whole crowd is active duty or retired.

Oh. That sucks!!

If I owned a restaurant, I'd be doing the same thing, but kinda "reserve" the place for the vets & families.

If I owned an auto parts store, your purchase would be 75% off, stuff under $100 free. Might cause a Black Friday stampede, but it would be well worth it just to give back to the soldiers.
