Hale Creek ~ May Long (56k warning)

Well as usual we went to Hale for the May long. Got there Thursday and pretty much had the place to ourselves.

Hey Chris, I think you left something on the roof, better crank'er down again

The weather was so nice it was time for some blender drinks

The pups sure enjoyed it

But of course, where does a wet dog go to shake it off?

Why go to get firewood when the mog can just bring it to you?

Tim heard there was work to be done so he was heading in the opposite direction!

Musta been a union jobsite, 2 guys working and the rest standing around supervising!

Ben wasn't impressed

All of a sudden someone called a coffee break and everyone sat down

Weiser was sleep walking with his margarita

His wife taught us a game called 'bum darts' you have to waddle over with a twonie between your butt cheeks and drop it in a glass

Funny thing was when it was my turn, all that came out was a loonie!

I think it was because he had to show the young guys that yer just never too old to funnel a beer

Awesome campfire, thanks to everyone who helped in the creation of it, I'm sure it was seen from space. The sparks were going up at least 80 feet in the air

It sure provided warmth and light all through the night

We gave Bruce the night off and brought in a relief cook

It was such a great night, even the dogs were just chilling soaking it all in

We did some exploring down to second beach. Found some cool fossilized rocks

All in all it was a really awesome weekend with some really awesome people. We had a great time, and thanks to everyone who came out and made it something special

Nice, you guys sure know how to make a fire..... I guess when you use that much wood, you need a mog to bring it to you!
