so wattaya think? good for my first time?

Well, I'm no artist myself, but I liked most of the work...I think it was a super idea to invite people to paint the building like that if it was a community involvement project...

Some of the stuff is absolutely mind boggling and intricately detailed...hope it lasts a long time...is there some kind of coating you put on it to keep it from fading or does that matter with paint?

it does fade after a month or to if its in the sun, but most of it will be covered by october, if not sooner
and the "tagging" or grafitti paint (meant for doing this) doesnt really fade much
and there is clear and translucent(silver-metalic-shiney-clear kinda look) and flat and gloss clears, so you can keep it as good as origonal

guess noone likes grafitti
or noone wants to tell me i suck at it?
ehh?

Well, to be honest...I've got a pretty good high speed connection and it takes a while for all the pics to load...maybe better to use a lower resolution if possible and resize the images...

They are great pics but they do dissuade people from reading a thread when it takes too long or there are too many of them...

Oh, your work is OK...for starting out...like I said though, I'm no artist but I can see when someone has talent or the makings...others just need to practice and keep at it if it is something they really want to do...

My younger brother could draw things that blew me away...all my brothers play the guitar or other instruments and are pretty good musicians...I however, cannot draw and cannot even fathom playing music...I'm the big ugly dumb one of the bunch (so the others must be really good looking, right!...)...

So keep at it...practice, practice, practice...makes better!

ya, im notmuch of an artist but i can drawl basic stuff, and the great thing about this stuff is you can go over it with no problems, the other guy there with me(i wanna say josh) is a great artist, look closley at his boots

and sorry about the size of the pix, i dont know how to make them smaller

No problem, actually...my Virus scan software was working overtime so it's not so much the size of the images...I had to disable it because the scan engine simply wouldn't work at the lowest level...

Most people that are good at stuff like that usually spend plenty of time practicing...even if they don't paint all the time, the ideas and the images are fixed in their head and it's just a matter of doing it in real time...

You may have a talent for it too, but if you don't spend the time at it you'll neve know...

My brother spent a lot of time just doodling...he had pages and pages of works that he did so it was practice for him...and he got much better as time went on...if you want to....you can...

ya, allot of the people putting up words, had their drawlings right there colored in on paper
the one guy said just start out on paper, than youll know what you want to do on tha wall

That's some really impressive paintings. The first picture on the first page with the intestines and eyeballs is kind of disgusting. Still this work is incredibly intricate. That's amazing.

ya, it is a little scary, the worst is the clown on the first page
emagine takeing a piss and turning around to that on the wall

i almost crapped my pants(cuz my bladder was already empty LOL)
