I think lift kits probably come with grade 5.
I buy that stuff at Rural King. They sell by the pound and dye the fasteners to identify the grade. Just throw whatever you want in a bag--size or item doesn't matter--and they weigh it at the checkout. Buying from Lowes or Menards is expensive. For $40 at Rural King I could buy enough grade 5 fasteners to assemble a whole Ranger.

I get my stuff at Ace hardware. Lots to pick from and I can look at what I am buying instead of ordering stuff that you can't see before you buy it.
Why would you buy a used suspension lift?? Somebody elses's problem they sold to you. I would never buy one used.
