what gave you that idea?

i let go of the repaid thing after the very first post i made, then, even said, even so, when they repay the loans, you, as a tax payer, won't get that money back.

yes and no... you as a taxpayer never technically shelled out dollars for the loan in the first place...

a government deficit effects the tax payer just as much as a government surplus
