How good of a tire would they be offroad?and I thought about buying a set of dick cepick rims for my ranger.they are dc2s. What you think?

The guy wants 400 for em and they are in mint confition.so for that price you can't beat it.

I just put a set of those on my 05 explorer. They only down side I can see with them is if you ruin one you will have to get a replacement at wal-mart. No idea how they are off road yet but they are kinda noisy on the road especially if you drive from atlanta to central pa and back every weekend.

Well I did some reviews on them and everybody seems to have had some kid of bad experience.so I think that I'm gonna keep shoppin around.

I've had my authority's for about 6 weeks and have been impressed so far. They do make a little noise but not that much, they worked great in the snow and the one time I was in the mud. I have about 2500 miles on them and no complaints so far.

I recommend looking on craigslist. There is a lot of people going back to stock size tires and getting rid of oversized like 31/10.5/15's. I picked up a set of 4 bfg m/t's with half tread for $150. I just got rid of those and bought some Dick Cepek FC-II's with almost 90% tread for $100 with aluminum jeep wheels (the guy upgraded to 35's). Theres some good deals on there thats for sure you just got to snatch them up before anyone else has the chance to.
