good thing or bad thing ?

Good thing. You have the right gearing for 31's and lockers are cheaper when you already have an open carrier, and easier to install.

Might not be great. 7.5" 4.10s are kinda weak behind 5 speed 2.9Ls. On the bright side, some 235 tires will get you epic mileage.

Well, there you go then.

Well the open diff kinda sucks, but besides that you're doin' good.

What the Honduran guy said.

If you want to keep it a street truck, go with a selectable locker or an LSD.

They aren't easy.

Richmond gears (if im correct) makes the lockright lockers and i have heard good things about them. and they are not to hard to install. looking in on getting one for my truck. just be weary lunchbox lockers are not always the way to go. like the other guys said an LSD or selectable may work better for what you want.
