gone fishing.

ya,seems the pacific ocean can be a huge heat sink-especially as far north as i am.as for the 4am start, thats pretty close to when the boys wanted to get going.i protested, and we settled on 9am...much more civilised.

and in the pic of the habour, the big white boat in the middle is a 9million dollar yacht that gets brought up every summer-the owner flies in and out of town in his private learjet....must be nice.we get a lot of sports stars and other celebs coming here to go to the fishing lodges on a regular basis too.

We get celebraties here too, only in the form of television.

so,today i didn't work on any of my projects.i also didn't work on customer's stuff.a group of guys that are regular customers of mine took me out salmon fishing for the day:icon_thumby:

this is getting on the boat at the floatplane dock.

Pil - nice choice!

ya,that and kokanee

like deep sea?

we run a little closer in-the salmon are usually on the edge of underwater ridges in around 100' of water.for halibut we go further out,to about 3-400'.once you get past the shelf into deep ocean theres not too much.

nice looks just like home for me we do that all summer its a blast. the water and everything looks just like home
