get a video from iTunes onto TRS?

my buddy just got a digital camera and filmed some wheelin adventures... He downloaded it onto his computer (a newer Mac) and its in iTunes. Its about 158mg. Ive tried to access it using photobucket and email but wouldnt work or was loading at the speed of a snail. How would I go about getting the video onto the internet? Never used it but maybe by through YouTube?

yah i think you would need to use a video server that can handle mac code videos. i guess youtube can
