If you want a good long lasting gas mileage motor, either one will work. If you want to make a lot of power and beat on it like you stole it --- go with the Cummins.

I do want a long lasting motor but at tge same time I want to be able to put it ti the floor from time to time. Plus I like loud and angry sounding motors. It just says get outta my way or ill make you.lol
