gauges swap

[Ranger Sport Honduras]

i found at a junk yard a 02 explorer gauges cluster, it has the white face gauges. are the connectors the same between the explorer and the ranger? i plann to install them on my 99 ranger, and can i reverse the odometer to my current mileage?
i dont know how much this clusters cost in the US but here its for 400$

'02 was the first year for the new body style on the explorer i believe...i dont think much will switch over between your truck and it.

if its a mechanical odometer you can open the case and manually set the numbers where you want...but it is technically illegal to open an odometer case...

if its an electric odometer theres nothing you can do (not even the dealer has the ability to change the mileage on those).

$400 for a cluster is stupidly high...i would hit ebay...im sure you can get one with shipping for cheaper than that.

yeah thanks! but im gonna stick to the black gauges, i like how the white ones look, but i kind of like the black ones, they look more classy lol!!
im gonna leave the dash alone
