Gauge cluster bezel clips

I'm looking for a few of the steel screw on clips that go on the back of the gauge cluster bezel (also holds headlight and dimmer switches) for a 1998 ranger. Anyone know what they're called or where I could find them? I've looked around on here and elsewhere but havent had any luck so far. Thanks for any info.

I've seen those. Mine go into a round hole, sorry my picture isn't that great, heres a better angle.
