Gathering info for 5.0 V8 conversion

Yea the coyote definitely sounds like the better option. Any ideas on what type of transmission to use? I would love to keep my truck as a 5 speed manual if at all possible. I just need to find one that can handle the coyote's power.

I don't know if you're just BS-ing, but Tremec Tr-6060 is the answer to that question. Six speed.

Viper Spec Tremec behind my 5.0W...if you can afford to dream about the Coyote, you can dream about the proper transmission that goes behind it.
