I got out of the peoples republic of California in 84 and have not any regrets,and when I get a hankering to see ocean,the atlantic works just as well.

Yes you can do that,don't advise flipping anybody off in the south.
I got out of the peoples republic of California in 84 and have not any regrets,and when I get a hankering to see ocean,the atlantic works just as well.
Ya the situation here in GA is ridiculous. I haven't seen any gas at 3 of the 5 stations by the house in over 3 weeks. The chevron and kroger get reg gas bout once a week and it only last 6 hours at the most with a $20 limit at Chevron. Had someone try to start a fight with me Thursday while a waited for an hour until they walked up on saw my 12 gauge sittin in the passenger seat.
I work on a friends farm and we had to get gas for the tow trucks and equipment which is usually close to $300 worth in a trip. Granted that is usually only once a month. But after hauling the tow trucks with tractors on the back and a bunch of gas cans and sitting in line for an hour. You should have seen the scene people tried to cause with us saying we were hogging all the gas while they are driving around in their brand new v8 SUVs driving themselves around. Luckily some close friends are local cops so once it got out of hand we called them up and got it all stopped.
But to say the least. Ya the situation here is just insane and ridiculous. There is no technical gas shortage. It is taking the same amount of time for gas to get to the stations as always. Justwith the first panic at during the hurricane which caused us all the run out people are making more of a panic thinking gas is never going to come, so they see gas somewhere then run right out and top their tanks off even though they don't need it as bad as some people do. Really puts a big hassle and strain on us calm-headed normal people.

Damn, that's pretty shitty about the situation at the station for you Rembrandt. I miss that about the real south, the ability to do whatever you want. Hopefully soon I'll be back.

Maybe I should consider filling the Ranger up tomorrow. Its also a good thing I have the KLX, as it only requires a gallon a week to get me to work. And work is at a gas station.
