Fuel supply, injector or control module issue?

Are 4 and 6 dead misses all the time? Or intermittent? Lean code and unburned fuel don't add up for me but I feel like I'm missing something.

Solved Lean issue - at least found the problem... when they put the new engine put in they didn't put in the second bolt on passenger side exhaust manifold connection to flex pipe... leads me to believe that's where my lean Bank 2 code is coming from...

Question - Does this missing bolt put my engine at risk? Not sure if computer is correcting for the problem or just saying "hey!"

Solved firing issue... plug wires at cap were backwards for cyl 4 and 6. My bad. F. The markings were not different enough. explains why it sounded out of time, cuz it was! GEEZ. Live and learn.

A humble thanks for all your input.

Glad you got it sorted.
Lean code shouldn't hurt your engine short term. The computer will be throwing extra fuel at that bank trying to correct the lean condition. You should be able to see this happening in OBD2 fuel trims. Just get your exhaust buttoned up and you should be good to go
