fuel pump problems

91' 2.9l- Replaced old fuel pump.Ran fine. Went to start it the other day the pump won't kick on.Jumped the inertia switch nothing, checked the voltage to the switch it is only getting 3.3 volts. It has a new pump relay. Any ideas?

See how the PCM relay routes power to pull in the fuel pump relay?

If the PCM relay isn't working, neither will the fuel pump relay. There have been reports of loose PCM power diodes, if yours has one in the underhood fusebox. Check it too.
