Fuel Pump Plate

I need some measurements for a floor pan plate to access my fuel pump in the B2. I know most guys do it while dropping the tank to replace the pump, but I'm too lazy for that.

Mine is on the center rib and 15" from the inside lip of the back threshold.Since it is ribbed what helped me was I put a piece of tin on it and beat it into shape then I cut the hole.I also like to drill a peep hole so I can adjust the final big hole.
