fuel problem possibly???

i have a 96 ranger 4L.. i was driving and the truck just died. tried to restart and it cranked and fired for a sec but wouldnt fully fire.. turned off ignition and tried starting again but same thingwould crank and try to fire but nothing. its almost like its outta gas but its obviously not.. checked the schrader valve and fuel squirts out but after a while of checking it with ignition on and off it seems to be trickling out.....

not sure what els could be, any help would be great
