Fuel Pressure Regulator O-Ring Replacement?

hey guys i need to replace the o-ring on my FPR on my 97' 4.0l ranger and was wondering if the o ring is the same as a fuel injector o-ring or if they sell a specific replacement o-ring? if they do could someone send me a link for it from advance, autozone or napa? i cant seem to find one. thanks.
