ok heres what i got going on i just got done rebuilding my motor and now im goin back with it....i had to cut the fuel line on the rail so i could get it off because the connectors were dirty and wouldnt pop off heres the question.....i have what looks like high pressure line on there now...can i put just regular fuel line on there and replace it all with that or no...need some advice please

For future info, blow the spring on the connector out with air, or brake cleaner before trying to remove them. Use the right connector removing tool, and the connection will come apart. When working on cars, you have to have some patience.
If you cut the connection off the fuel rail, get another rail. If you cut the connection off the hose, you can get a fuel line hose repair kit.
If you don't know what kind of hose you have, get a piece of high pressure fuel line hose from auto parts.
You can use hose and clamps, but you have to make sure they are really secure. Gasoline spraying around in the engine compartment isn't a good idea.

shadyi tryed brake cleaner and i got ever fuel disconnect tool from the autozone and nothing worked i tryed for about 45 minuets and said screw it so i cut it off i got 2 rails but ill try regular fuel line first then ill try the other stuff thanks alot

More info on the connector. Before attempting to pull it apart, twist the two parts opposite each other to break the connection loose. The spring in the large end of the connector is what holds the two pieces together. Get the tool under the spring so it spreads, then pull and twist at the same time. The seals are two small o-rings, and they have a tendency to stick to the metal over time. The tool will come off with the large part of the connector.
