Fuel Injection to Carb

The car in my Avatar (the Mutant pony) has a large, highly modified 2bbl. The engine makes more HP and torque at 2000 rpms than a stock EFI system at peak. It will putt around at 1500 rpm with no problem and will bury the tach with no problem. It will climb a steeper hill than a stock Ranger is capable of. The only downsides are: The choke horn has been milled off so it will not idle cold, the float can't handle speed through the rough stuff causing a stutter. The needle and seat are sprung for the rough.
No matter how well a carb is built for offroading it will never run perfectly through the extreme rough stuff. The fuel in the float gets whipped into foam! The carb is capable of handling rough enough stuff to make many fill their drawers!
