Front diff leak at CV

It seems the seal is leaking at the CV and diff joint. Does anyone agree or disagree?

How hard is it to change? I am hoping I just have to remove the CV and can pound in a new seal?

This is on the drivers side. Forgot to add that in

possibly the sealing surface on the CV will have a groove worn into it.
not too bad of a job. the axle stub nut has a torque spec of something over 150 lbs/ft.
