front and rear bumpers

im lookin to build a front winch and rear bumpers for my truck. 1994 ranger 4x4, 4.0l with a 3in body lift. anybody got and good ideas and pics on how to make one thats gonna line up with the body and not have huge gaps and still be very sturdy? thanks
