friction modifier do you need it

sounds like your clutches are chattering. if they were worn out, it would just act like an open. get your hands on a smaller suction pump and take out some fluid. add friction modifier, and make sure its full of gear oil again.

You can play with the amount of friction modifier you put to change how the clutch pak slips.

Depends what lube you put in too. IIRC, if you use Mobil 1 or Royal Purple gear lube the label will tell you that you do not need friction modifier.
