I am sure lots of people signed up. It takes time for them to get them sent out. Did something similar for a Gusiness bar towel and it showed up maybe 4-5 months later. Just forget about it and it will be a surprise when it finally shows. Kind of like ordering something from the back of a cereal box when you were a kid.

I ordered the x-ray chick scoping glasses in 1969 out of a comic book, still doing it the old fashion way cause i never got them.
