I DON'T CURRENTLY HAVE MY TITLE WILL SELL ON BILL OF SALE AND COPY OF MY REGISTRATION

At the end of the month I am scrapping the ranger (1998, Sunset Autumn Metallic, Standard cab, Stepside bed), and keeping:

Everything in the motor bay
Front and Rear suspension
Front spindles (complete)
Wheels
Driveshaft
Rear end
Cluster/Gauges
Seats
Stereo (will leave front speakers as they are OEM and I'm lazy)
Some interior plastics.
Airbags (Selling, or detonating for fun)
Upper control arms (New, selling)

Shell will be complete otherwise (all panels/lights/etc), but is obviously not a roller, so plan on bringing a trailer with an electric winch, or having a good idea/way to get this thing out of my garage.

Located in Warrenville IL, 60555, Email me at Dasfinc@hotmail.com if you are interested.

Reason:
I live in a county that has emissions, and the body/bed has seen far better days. I can spend $1000 on Tuning equipment and a professional tuner to get it to pass only to have the truck sit for 5-6 months anyways. I'd rather spend the money on a clean 2001-2003 shell to save me thousands and thousands on body work and the front end conversion, and get that new VIN smogged/passed/etc with my Supercharged V-8 setup that my truck currently has.

wait a sec, is this ur v8 ranger or an old parts truck?

Correct, This is my V-8 swapped truck. I'm pulling everything out to move to a clean shell in spring. That includes my V-8 mounts/Brackets/Etc, everything in the motor bay is basically going to be removed.

I want a clean 01-03 2wd Standard cab or crew cab truck that has a bad motor or trans to swap everything over to. Either a stripper delivery truck to make all out drag (manual everything, 2 door) or a nice XLT Super cab with 4 doors and loaded. (for a more comfortable Street truck, maybe tow with it etc.)

Wow, Kinda surprised no one wants a free 98 ranger shell.

What kind of shape is the radiator support in?

Rusty and dented at the top.

Truck has 220K+ on the chassis and spent its life in the midwest.

Any other questions? :icon_rofl:

if it wasn't so far away, it would be at my house right now :)

i could go with everybody else's thoughts and say youre too far away... but i like to be different. if i didnt live in an apartment, didnt have 3 cars already.... annnndddd..... had a place to put it, i'd be all over it! :)

I guess if some body lived close by they might want it. I can't see me having to drive somewhere out of state to pick it up.

Yea, not too many Close Midwestern Ranger guys it would seem.

Psh, I'm close. I'd take the whole thing if I had a trailer to put it on, but I don't.
