All too often it's from auto hubs that have been improperly maintained, primarily wrong lube, anything from axle grease to nothing, when a small amount of Auto transmission fluid is all it needs, and relatively little of that

Not everyone has the resources to swap everything out instead of troubleshooting and repairing.

Neither did I, I had to find the parts I needed just like anyone else does. They didn't appear out of nowhere.

9 times out of 10 it is just the motor. Three bolts and move on with life.
