The radius arm brackets that he's running can be bolted directly up to the frame for an extra 2" of ground clearance or so, and then run offset C bushings. I'd also check the upper track bar mount like junkie suggested and I'd try and flex the suspension as it doesn't look like you will get much passenger side compression before the track bar binds up on the ttb crossmember. Brakelines (or something?) look a little sketchy as well. It's not a bad lookin unit, but it definitely needs a good looking over and bargaining before purchase if it was me. Did he mention regearing etc, as a large majority of EB axles came with 3.55 gears, so even with a 4.0L it'd be strained to push 35's.
Given some of the things pointed out here, use it as your bargaining power and pick it up for $2500...put a little TLC into it, and you'd have yourself a pretty sweet little rig.
