Forum changes (02/23/2011)

I made some changes in the forum today.

1) The TRS White Default color scheme has had dark gray added to get rid of the excessive blank white areas, and the gray borders were switched to white.

2) I like reading about peoples non-RBV builds, so I created a forum for non-RBV builds:

I moved some threads as a result and listed temporary links to them in their original forums. Please let me know if you have a non-RBV build thread that needs moved.

3) Reverted the Tailgate forum back so that only logged in members can see it, and only Tailgate Forum usergroup members have access.

4) Made it so any member can read the Sanctuary, but you have to be a Sanctuary Usergroup member to post.

5) I also (last couple of days) modified the sub forum lists on the main page by adding a margin and spacing them out a little to make them easier to read and stand out a little better.
