It's time I started one of these. In Dec 2011 I bought a new Black 2011 4.0L 4x4 4 door Supercab Sport. Sticker price was $27,700....i didnt pay that! I own my own Home Maintenance and Remodeling LLC, so this truck is earning its keep!
New
First mod was toolboxes of course! 2 56" Weatherguard side boxes, found on CL for $200
And Bully Rings for the stake pockets. Love them
I also removed the rear jump seats.
I know most people's opinion on CAI's, but my next mod was a K&N CAI, 63-1108
http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?&prod=63-1108 I found it cheaper on eBay. I noticed a small increase in HP and MPGs.
My next mod was smoked tail lights. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2001-2011-R...016&pid=100033&prg=1011&rk=1&sd=261192044621& These were baked apart, and painted with automotive paint from the inside, very nice quality.
Next was smoked headlights and corners. http://www.ebay.com/itm/37079530875...l?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=370795308756&_rdc=1 I bought 5k heads and fogs at the same time. I am planning on painting the chrome on the corners black
Next was a "Shorty" antenna, 3-1/2", black billet aluminum http://www.ebay.com/itm/32110935990...l?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=321109359907&_rdc=1 Nobody is breaking into my truck with this antenna!

I like these, but the letters fall out. Seller replaced them, but I have 3 Escape V6 badges i might use instead. I plan on reverse painting my Ranger badges, and possibly these 4.0L badges. I will post progress as I do it.
Next was a blue LED interior light, a Flowmaster 40 muffler and chrome tip
Then I bought an 05 grill off eBay, and a black billet aluminum grill.
Next I took off the factory step bars. Improved the look a lot
Latest mod is the Explorer OHC. Installed easily in about 30 minutes!
Not wired in yet but will be soon!

I have a white 9" LED oval on the way, a Blue 56 LED OHC panel Will update when installed.
That's about it for now. I hope all the links and images work, I will check once posted. My future plans are, not necessarily in this order, window tint, paint my Y-spoke rims black, Superlift and tires, and tonneau cover. The suspension lift, tires, and tonneau cover will be later, when my Ranger is my toy, not a tool for my business.
