Guess what...you can. Intake manifolds don't have oil flowing through it... nor does the front accessories or the cooling systems.

Sad...the Taurus SHO was a second choice to the Mustang 5.0...but I bought the Tempo...because I know my driving style...and don't like paying speeding tickets...

What I meant was I didn't think they were supposed to let you buy engine parts off of C4C cars because they would be used to keep other "inefficient" vehicles going, hence the paint (so they knew what came from a C4C car). Personally I think the whole program is stupid. Like tony314 said "people buying cars they cant afford." Sure, it's helping out the foreign car makers for now, until people (besides the rich morons that turned in those rare cars in that link) can't afford their payment. Then they are going to wish they had their "clunker" back after Mr. Repo-man gets done taking their new car.
