My wife's definition of a truck: if you aren't willing to put a load of manure in the back of it, it is not a truck. She is not wrong...Unfortunately, there isn’t a whole of of any brand truck that does. Hell, a lot never see any lumber put in the bed.
I did see a 2015+ F150 the other day complete with oversized factory rims, crew cab, and 5.5 ft box mounded with firewood logs.Unfortunately, there isn’t a whole of of any brand truck that does. Hell, a lot never see any lumber put in the bed.
I needed a truck for work. A friend was selling his and he gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. So now I'm the not so proud owner of a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab 4x4. 5.7l hemi, about to turn 200,000km, mechanically in very good shape. New brakes, front steering gone thru, really good tires, tow package, air bags, headache rack and tonneau cover, and other bling I couldn't care less about. Paid C$2,000.

under a dodge. You already live in Red Deer, where does it get much darker this time of year?
At least you sold yours... I'm going to die with this Honda.
For $1000 obo, you can have another.Hondas are some of the best cars on the road. When I bought mine, Toyota was going through a lot of problems, so while in the 90's, Honda and Toyota were on par, Honda was a better vehicle than Toyota by 2010. I owned the Fit for six years. I replaced a battery (wife's fault) rear seatbelt buckle (button broke for some unknown reason), and that's it, other than regular oil changes, once a year. It had 1600km on it (1000 miles) when I bought it, and about 45,000km (just over 25,000 miles) when the bank took it. Best car I've ever owned.
