It has not been asked, and would help a little, but what is your axle gear ratio?? I'm betting you have a 3.08, which is why you have no power at 60-65, but at 70-75 it picks up decently, I'd switch gears (or explorer 8.8 swap, most have 3.73) to a 3.73 or 4.11, you will drop a couple mpg's, but you'll love the performance gains
