FM145 Replacement shifter from Core Shifters

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I purchased the aftermarket shifter from core-shifters.com for my Ranger with the FM145 transmission after a failed repair of the stock shifter. It is a beautiful upgrade. The shifter is real tight, a lot less work then the original. It barely moves around in neutral. I have the 3" body lift on my truck so I bought the taller version and it is so much more comfortable than stock, before I had to really extend my arm to shift but now it is in the right place now. I'll post link below.

Post some pics of it installed if you can - I haven't seen one installed in a vehicle yet.

Here are some pics. The only thing I would change, and this is just personal preference, is that the shaft was round and black to match the stock look. Install was super easy, remove the boot, remove four bolts that hold the old shifter and bolt the new shifter back in its place

Awesome thread. I’ve got a couple of those FM145s. Nice to know how to when I have a problem.
