FM145 1st gear

I have this intermittent issue with my FM145. Occasionally it is a little hard to shift into 1st at a dead stop. It feels kind of like there is a big wad of chewing gum in the way of the shifter and you have to push through it. Weird description, I know. It will sometimes slip out of gear if you give it enough gas as well, so you have to hold it in gear before shifting into 2nd.

This only happens every so often and goes away after a day or so. I am just trying to baby this trans along until I figure out what I'm gonna swap in...what gives??

Probely just a syncronizer.

If worse comes to worse just use 2nd-5th.

Cool...not a big deal, trannys are disposable.
