FM 146 Slave Cylinder

yes. I bought one the other day for the FM 146 and asked to be sure that it was the right one and there was only one part number listed for slave cylinders. So it should work.

What he said, what's even worse is pulling the trans the NEXT day because of a leaky slave, been there done that.

i bought a brand new one on ebay for 35$ and it just said for an 88-92 ranger i didnt know if it would just fit on the mazda tranny or both

Doesnt make a difference. I once installed a transmission, and had to take it back out 2 weeks later. Thought all would be okay. I ended up pulling it back out a week later cause the slave was leaking.

i've installed many of these trannies and its only a matter of a couple hours for me to swap out a worn slave.theres less than 10,000 miles on the one going in i'll take my chances.haha gettin schooled by the kiddys,

Hell I had a new slave put in and am pulling it again right now because after 20 km it went. BRAND NEW PARTS. Piss me right off. And the process is taking a LOT longer than it should because I have a broken finger, which I am constantly reminded of every time my wrench slips.

some of the cheaper ones leak right off the bat.you get what you pay for
