That's ok didn't work much today anyway .

Did connect the sliders to the exo .

Thanks , I am trying to keep weight down a little because I daily drive it . What are you going to build yours out of ?
 
Welded it up and painted it today , hopefully tomorrow I'll get the fenders notched and back on .

Going to hold off on connecting exo to the front bumper until I come up with a good idea on how to connect everything . I want a spreader across the bottom of the wind shield but don't like the looks of it like that .

I'm going to make my main bars (that run parallel with the body) out of 2 x 4 x 3/16, and the connecting bars that go to the frame out of 2 x 2 x 3/16...I know it's more weight than the Hrew tubing ya'll are using, but we got the tubing so cheap it was almost free :shok:

The 1.5" hrew is not strong enough to connect a exo to the frame on a ranger because the ranger frame is so far in from the outside of the body . I think you will be in good shape with the 2x2x3/16 you are using . I might add some to mine before I'm done .
