That's ok didn't work much today anyway .

Did connect the sliders to the exo .

Thanks , I am trying to keep weight down a little because I daily drive it . What are you going to build yours out of ?

Welded it up and painted it today , hopefully tomorrow I'll get the fenders notched and back on .

Going to hold off on connecting exo to the front bumper until I come up with a good idea on how to connect everything . I want a spreader across the bottom of the wind shield but don't like the looks of it like that .

I'm going to make my main bars (that run parallel with the body) out of 2 x 4 x 3/16, and the connecting bars that go to the frame out of 2 x 2 x 3/16...I know it's more weight than the Hrew tubing ya'll are using, but we got the tubing so cheap it was almost free

The 1.5" hrew is not strong enough to connect a exo to the frame on a ranger because the ranger frame is so far in from the outside of the body . I think you will be in good shape with the 2x2x3/16 you are using . I might add some to mine before I'm done .
